Pricing questions
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so you keep what you paid for.
- What counts as a country on Multi-Country?
- Each country where you ship and operate is one slot. To list a country you must have a verifiable site address there (a warehouse, branch, or distribution partner with their own address all qualify). You can add or swap countries from your dashboard.
- What is "Preferred Supplier" placement?
- Max Plan suppliers appear in a dedicated Preferred Suppliers section at the top of every CAS page they're listed on, above the general supplier list. Max Plan suppliers are also auto-included as recipients on every matching buyer enquiry, without the buyer needing to tick their name.
- What happens after my 3-month free trial?
- You only enter card details when the trial ends. We'll email you 14 and 3 days before the renewal so there are no surprises. If you don't add a payment method your listings simply pause until you do.
- How does the founding-supplier launch-price lock work?
- Suppliers who join during our launch window keep today's price for the lifetime of their account, on whichever plan they're on. If we raise prices later, your renewal stays at the price you signed up at.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks — no calls, no retention forms. Your listings stay live through the end of your paid period, then come down. Account data is retained for 90 days in case you come back.
